History
The land at 3rd Mile was acquired from Mr. J.B. Jasokie. It was partly gifted and partly bought. The money settlement was done in 1989. The land had been lying idle for a number of years. In June 2002 the construction of a four small room house was started with the intention of building a new centre for non-formal vocational training. On 14th January 2003, the work of construction started in a small way. The construction of various buildings have been completed in 2006.
