To mark the independence day of the country Don Bosco Alumni chose Tree Plantation as a means to reach out to the prisoners and provide them hope. Speaking on the occasion Shri Techi Kaso, MLA of Itanagar, assured his support to the association to foster development and better life for the people. He also sought the prayers and support of everyone present so that the prisoners may renounce their past life and begin a better life once they are out of their confinement. The chief guest also distributed food packets to the prisoners.
